Permanent Jewelry Waiver & Release

1. Scope of Service & Nature of Permanent Jewelry

Permanent jewelry involves custom-measuring and cutting a delicate metal chain (14K Solid Gold, Gold-Filled, or Sterling Silver) and micro-welding the jump ring closed around your wrist, ankle, neck, or finger. This process is completely painless and safe, with protective barriers used between the skin and the spark point.

2. Custom Items & Final Sale Policy

Because every chain is custom-cut precisely to your measurements, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the chain has been cut. Maison Mulki LLC cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or store credits for custom-fit pieces.

3. Removal & Medical Procedures

Permanent jewelry is clasp-free, but it is not unbreakable under extreme tension. If you must remove your jewelry for medical procedures, MRIs, surgery, or sports, it can be easily removed at home by cutting the jump ring with standard household scissors or wire cutters. Do not cut the chain itself—only the jump ring where the weld was made.

4. Warranty & Repair Policy

14-Day Complimentary Reweld Guarantee: If your chain breaks at the exact weld point within 14 days of your appointment, Maison Mulki LLC will reweld the piece free of charge.
After 14 Days or External Chain Damage: Breaks occurring after 14 days or breaks to the chain links themselves (caused by snagging, pulling, or accidental force) are subject to a standard $20 repair fee.
Lost Chains: Maison Mulki LLC is not responsible for lost or misplaced chains and cannot replace lost items free of charge.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

By signing below, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with wearing fitted jewelry during daily activities, sports, or heavy manual labor. You hereby release, waive, and discharge Maison Mulki LLC (operating digitally as Eternal Links), its owners, employees, and operators from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from personal injury, allergic reaction to metals, or loss of property.
