Permanent Jewelry FAQs

What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is a custom-fit, clasp-free chain that's measured to you and closed with a precise micro-weld, so there's no clasp to open or lose.

Does it hurt?

No. The process is painless, with protective barriers used between your skin and the spark point.

How long does a session take?

Each appointment is about 30 minutes, including choosing your piece and getting fitted.

What pieces and metals can I get?

Bracelets, anklets, necklaces and rings, in 14K solid gold, gold-filled or sterling silver chains.

How much does it cost?

A $20 deposit holds your appointment. Final pricing depends on the chain and length you choose.

Can I shower, work out or sleep in it?

Yes. It's made to be worn every day, including in the shower, at the gym and while you sleep.

How do I take it off?

If you need to remove it for a medical procedure, MRI, surgery or sports, cut only the jump ring (where the weld was made) with household scissors or wire cutters. Do not cut the chain itself.

What if it breaks?

If the chain breaks at the weld point within 14 days of your appointment, we'll reweld it free of charge. After 14 days, or if the chain links themselves are damaged by snagging or pulling, a $20 repair fee applies. We can't replace lost chains.

Can I return or exchange it?

No. Every chain is custom-cut to your measurements, so all sales are final once the chain has been cut.

Can I book a group or private event?

Yes. We bring the studio to private gatherings, bridal celebrations and pop-ups across Greater Houston, with a minimum of 5 confirmed guests. See Host an Experience to send a request.
