Permanent Jewelry Terms & Conditions

Appointments

A $20 deposit is required to book your permanent jewelry appointment. This deposit is applied toward your session and is non-refundable, including for cancellations or no-shows.

Arrival and lateness

Sessions are 30 minutes. Please arrive on time; arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.

Final sale

Permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded in person. Because every chain is custom-cut, all sales are final once the chain has been cut, with no returns, exchanges, refunds or store credit.

Warranty and repairs

If your chain breaks at the weld point within 14 days of your appointment, we will reweld it free of charge. After 14 days, or for damage to the chain links caused by snagging, pulling or accidental force, a $20 repair fee applies. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced chains and cannot replace them free of charge.

Materials

Chains are made from 14K solid gold, gold-filled or sterling silver. Availability of specific styles and metals may vary.

Health and eligibility

Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the waiver. Please review our Waiver & Release for allergy and liability terms before your appointment.
